The Procurement Department is responsible for the City’s centralized purchasing system. Procurement is responsible for developing bid specifications jointly with City departments, obtaining bids through advertising and direct solicitation, establishing and monitoring price agreement contracts, and issuing purchase orders.

We provide this service in a timely manner, while maintaining our strong commitment to citizens to supply the City with appropriate quality products and services at the least possible cost. We insure purchasing standards by following the procurement ordinance to serve both city departments and the business community.

The City has the right to accept or reject any bid
