Sanitation Department Front Load Pricing Agreement

Customers are responsible for keeping their accounts current and must contact the City of Somerset when they are finished using the dumpster. Dumpsters are not automatically removed after 30 days. A rental fee equal to the cost of an empty will apply for the first 30 days. After 30 days, a daily rental fee of $10 will apply. An emptying fee will be charged each time the dumpster is emptied, including the final pickup. These dumpsters are intended for small clean-up projects only. They are NOT permitted for construction or remodeling purposes. If it is determined that the dumpster is being used for construction-related waste, the City of Somerset reserves the right to remove the dumpster and refuse rental of a front load dumpster. DO NOT dispose of any hazardous materials including but not limited to tires, gasoline, paint, weed killer, or other chemicals.
